What you can expect

BROWSING BIKE DEALS SHOULD BE FUN

Riding a bicycle is fun, and we believe shopping for a bicycle should be fun too. Our goal is to help you enjoy the the experience—peruse a bunch of shiny new bikes and find one that makes your heart beat faster.

THE INTERWEBS AND YOUR LOCAL BIKE SHOP

The internet is a wonderful place to look at kittens, but there’s nothing quite like buying a bike in person. Bicycles are intricate machines that require an excellent build, a proper fitting to you, and continued maintenance. Local bike shops are the absolute best at providing this service, and the most appropriate place to purchase a new bicycle.

BIKES NOT BOXES

Bicycle manufacturers generally restrict dealers from shipping bicycles. This is for a dealer's protection, as they most likely staked their life savings on tools, equipment, rent, and employees. Please do not ask a shop to ship a bike if it doesn't state "shippable."

GETTING A GREAT FIT

If you've ever purchased a pair of shoes that didn't fit you can imagine how devastated you will be when your new bicycle is too small, too big, or, um, too wide. Finding a trusted dealer that will take the time to adapt a bicycle to you is better than gold (because you can't ride gold). Sure, there are tools on the internet that can help get you close to the right size, but there's nothing quite like working with experts at your local shop to ensure proper fit.

ACCESS TO EVEN MORE

Nearly every manufacturer has a warehouse full of last year's bikes. You can sometimes get a shop to show you those sale bikes and order one, but not always. When you see a bike with the "Manufacturer" flag flying it means it is still in their warehouse and we can get it delivered to your local authorized dealer in a matter of days. We are happy to help make this happen for you.
